We dispatch orders directly from Cattolica (near Rimini), from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and we process weekend orders on the following Monday morning.
Shipment is made to destinations all over the world via UPS couriers and the STANDARD/EXPRESS service.
Europe: 3 working days for main destinations and 4-5 working days for remote locations.

Orders for items that are already available will be shipped on the first working day following receipt of the order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn items for another size or a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
To request authorisation for returned goods please submit your request to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying in your e-mail message the codes of the articles that you want to return and the form of compensation you would like to be granted: a different size or a refund. Once your return request has been received you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
